Sky Camp is a special place for your group with the expansive lawn area, cedar sauna, shady glen, large bbq, bright and airy geodesic dome, the beautiful bell tent lounge and a private fire area. Nestled in a private 5 acre meadow with a beautiful mature forest soaring up behind, you have Sky Camp and all of its amenities listed below just for you and your group from 9am -9pm. This includes our Southern trails all to yourself, with our full trail system and 86 acres to explore. * Beautiful Geodesic Dome * Off grid eco camp * Up to 25 Guests included, additional guests are welcome @ $35 each * Battery packs for power and lighting * BBQ and fire pit * Large deck for yoga and activities * Wood fired cedar sauna * Privacy & Space Book a Sleepover! ****************************** Sky Camp can expand to suit the needs of your group from 2 - 36 guests. $1750 +hst for up to 25 guests, additional guests are $58+hst each per night Whether you are booking for a friends getaway, elopement, wedding, or personal celebration; or as a camp wellness retreat for your clients or corporate event for your team, Bubble Grove can craft a plan and create the experience you seek. The Dome and Bell Tent each offer sleeping space and you can expand the the camp space with your own camping gear for up to 36 people. For that special occasion or extra lux camp experience, ask us about a full glamping set up provided with bell tents, lighting and queen beds for your whole crew. Add something special for your group like a guided tour, foraging walk, yoga session or adventure outing - Lets talk! We are happy to answer any questions and help set up your experience. Cancellation Policy
Bubble Grove Policies Full policies are available here: https://www.bubblegrove.ca/policies Please read and refer to all policies above for full details. All Policies and guidelines set forth in the Policies link page are active and attached to the permissions and agreements here. If your plans change, we ask that you give as much notice as possible when cancelling. Booking changes are processed through email only. Please send your message including your full name, booking date or time, and contact details to: hello@bubblegrove.ca. No Shows forfeit the booking fee and receive no refunds or credits. Cancellations to events run by guest hosts and specialty events may be subject to special policies which differ from and override these policies. Details of any overriding policies will be stated at booking and included in your booking and/or confirmation emails. Services Cancelled Due To Weather Or Emergencies Bubble Grove experiences run in all weather except for when it is unsafe to do so. There may be times where a cancellation is necessary due to closed roads or extreme conditions. Cancellations for Extreme Weather or Emergencies are offered a 100% CREDIT for future service at Bubble Grove ( to be used within 3 months of the original booking) DAY EXPERIENCES & ACTIVITIES Experiences are non refundable once booked though may be eligible for a credit depending on circumstances. The final decision is at the discretion of Bubble Grove staff. Sauna Sessions Experiences can be shifted for arrival time up to 24 hours ahead of your booking. Dates can be shifted 72 hours ahead of your booked time. Cancellations for Experiences & Activities made more than 72 hours ahead of your booked arrival time are offered a 100% CREDIT towards a future session. Cancellations for Experiences & Activities made less than 72 hours ahead of your booked arrival time are offered a 50% CREDIT towards a future session. Cancellations for Experiences & Activities made less than 24 hours ahead of your booked arrival time receive no credit or refund unless under extreme circumstances and this is up to the discretion of Bubble Grove staff.
