Service Description
Sky Camp Day-cation A private escape to Sky Camp gives you the much needed day-cation nature reset you crave The dome is a big, bright, beautiful space with a skylight and sprawling bay window bringing the light in. A lovely spot for a lunch with friends, a small celebration, or a great date. Sky Camp is nestled in a 5 acre field with a soaring forest behind. A trail head up into the forest is steps away to lead you out onto 7km of private trails which weave through the fields, orchards, and ancient mossy rock forms. Melt away in the wood fired cedar sauna, heated up and ready for you to enjoy and then explore the groomed trails and immerse yourself in this beautiful Escarpment landscape. You are welcome to bring your own foods and goodies or choose a special selection from our menu catered by our friends at Milk Maid in Owen Sound. Delicious charcuterie and other delights crafted with care ready and awaiting your arrival. **************** 3 hours at Sky Camp just for you and your Guests Arrive to a cozy dome and plenty of space to meditate, stretch, breathe, and get your sweat on. The dome is set up with a dining table for 4, lounge chairs, and a kitchenette with sink. The kitchenette can be stocked with place settings and glasses for your group - please ask for what you need. The Washroom pod is private to Sky Camp - a clean and civilized back country bathroom with a composting toilet and sink. For groups over 8 we expand with additional facilities. An outdoor open camp shower is next to the sauna to rinse off. Cancellation Policy
Bubble Grove Policies Full policies are available here: https://www.bubblegrove.ca/policies Please read and refer to all policies above for full details. All Policies and guidelines set forth in the Policies link page are active and attached to the permissions and agreements here. If your plans change, we ask that you give as much notice as possible when cancelling. Booking changes are processed through email only. Please send your message including your full name, booking date or time, and contact details to: hello@bubblegrove.ca. No Shows forfeit the booking fee and receive no refunds or credits. Cancellations to events run by guest hosts and specialty events may be subject to special policies which differ from and override these policies. Details of any overriding policies will be stated at booking and included in your booking and/or confirmation emails. Services Cancelled Due To Weather Or Emergencies Bubble Grove experiences run in all weather except for when it is unsafe to do so. There may be times where a cancellation is necessary due to closed roads or extreme conditions. Cancellations for Extreme Weather or Emergencies are offered a 100% CREDIT for future service at Bubble Grove ( to be used within 3 months of the original booking) DAY EXPERIENCES & ACTIVITIES Experiences are non refundable once booked though may be eligible for a credit depending on circumstances. The final decision is at the discretion of Bubble Grove staff. Sauna Sessions Experiences can be shifted for arrival time up to 24 hours ahead of your booking. Dates can be shifted 72 hours ahead of your booked time. Cancellations for Experiences & Activities made more than 72 hours ahead of your booked arrival time are offered a 100% CREDIT towards a future session. Cancellations for Experiences & Activities made less than 72 hours ahead of your booked arrival time are offered a 50% CREDIT towards a future session. Cancellations for Experiences & Activities made less than 24 hours ahead of your booked arrival time receive no credit or refund unless under extreme circumstances and this is up to the discretion of Bubble Grove staff.
