Service Description
THE MEADOWS The Meadows private camp space is outfitted with a big and beautiful bell tent nestled in a beautiful 7 acre meadow with the stunning Escarpment forest rising behind. The bell tent is spacious with 300 square feet inside set for you with a comfy queen inflatable bed, seating, carpets, and lighting ready for a beautiful night under the stars. The camp kitchen has a net tent with a counter and sink with a water reservoir. A two burner propane camp stove is ready for you. There is a lawn area to spread out here and a private trail head up into the forest. The Escarpment rises behind camp with oodles of mossy rocks and a spectacular view at the top. A private fire pit is ready for camp songs and smores with wood to start you off and additional bags available. Non potable water is provided, though please pack in your own drinking water. A portable washroom is a short wander from camp. We have two pricing options for this experience: JUST THE BASICS The tent and camp and queen mattress are set up and awaiting your arrival. Bring your personal items and camp gear like sleeping bags, pillows, camping dishes, and a cooler for a great experience immersed in nature: $175+hst per night single nights are welcome Monday through Thursday THE FULL CABOODLE Arrive to camp with a full set up including bedding with sheets, a sleeping bag, and pillows, as well as a stocked kitchen with dishes, cutlery, pots & pans. Everything you need for a great camping experience is included and awaiting your arrival. $250+hst per night (minimum 2 nights) Check In: 2pm Check Out: 12pm We are happy to answer any questions and help set up your experience. Cancellation Policy
Bubble Grove Policies Full policies are available here: https://www.bubblegrove.ca/policies Please read and refer to all policies above for full details. All Policies and guidelines set forth in the Policies link page are active and attached to the permissions and agreements here. If your plans change, we ask that you give as much notice as possible when cancelling. Booking changes are processed through email only. Please send your message including your full name, booking date or time, and contact details to: hello@bubblegrove.ca. No Shows forfeit the booking fee and receive no refunds or credits. Cancellations to events run by guest hosts and specialty events may be subject to special policies which differ from and override these policies. Details of any overriding policies will be stated at booking and included in your booking and/or confirmation emails. Services Cancelled Due To Weather Or Emergencies Bubble Grove experiences run in all weather except for when it is unsafe to do so. There may be times where a cancellation is necessary due to closed roads or extreme conditions. Cancellations for Extreme Weather or Emergencies are offered a 100% CREDIT for future service at Bubble Grove ( to be used within 3 months of the original booking) DAY EXPERIENCES & ACTIVITIES Experiences are non refundable once booked though may be eligible for a credit depending on circumstances. The final decision is at the discretion of Bubble Grove staff. Sauna Sessions Experiences can be shifted for arrival time up to 24 hours ahead of your booking. Dates can be shifted 72 hours ahead of your booked time. Cancellations for Experiences & Activities made more than 72 hours ahead of your booked arrival time are offered a 100% CREDIT towards a future session. Cancellations for Experiences & Activities made less than 72 hours ahead of your booked arrival time are offered a 50% CREDIT towards a future session. Cancellations for Experiences & Activities made less than 24 hours ahead of your booked arrival time receive no credit or refund unless under extreme circumstances and this is up to the discretion of Bubble Grove staff.
